Product Introduction
M21 uses a web guide control system with two sensors and two actuators to independently position both edges of a moving web. It is designed to monitor and measure material width on industrial web handling lines.
Key Features
- Supports infrared sensors for woven fabric, nonwoven fabric and breathable materials; supports ultrasonic sensors for plastic film, copper/aluminum foil and transparent materials.
- Typical width measurement range is 100-2000 mm; custom sizes are available.
- Width measurement accuracy is +/-0.2 mm.
- Alarm output when measured material width is above or below the set width, with buzzer and relay output.
- Supports Modbus RTU communication.
